The wedge

The feedback tool for agencies running multiple PM tools.

Some of your clients live in Linear. Others in Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello. Pixel Review meets them where they work — starting today with a native mawobe integration, with every other major PM tool landing through the same shape.

How it works

From client comment to dev task in 30 seconds.

  1. 01

    Embed one line of JS

Drop the Pixel Review snippet into your client’s staging site. A CSS-isolated iframe overlay floats above the page — your client’s styles stay untouched.

  2. 02

Reviewers pin feedback to the page

Anyone with the link can click anywhere on the page to leave a pin. Pixel Review captures the screenshot, the CSS selector, viewport, browser, OS, console logs, network errors, and a full session replay leading up to the click.

  3. 03

Each pin becomes a triaged task in your PM tool

One pin, one task. AI synthesizes a dev-readable title, likely-cause area, and reproduction steps — attached to your mawobe task the moment the pin lands. When the task moves to Done, the pin recolors. It doesn’t disappear.

Features

Everything you need to close the loop between feedback and ship.

In-page pinned feedback

A BugHerd-style overlay that lives in a CSS-isolated iframe. Doesn’t touch the host page’s styles. Reviewers see where others have already commented.

Total page capture

Every pin captures both client-side (html2canvas) and server-side (Playwright) screenshots, URL, viewport, user agent, OS, browser, console logs, and network errors.

Full session replay

rrweb-powered replay of everything the reviewer did leading up to the pin. Inputs masked by default; configurable per project for sensitivity.

AI triage on every pin

Async per-pin call synthesizes a dev-readable title, the likely root-cause area, and reproduction steps — attached to the task before your team opens it.

Native PM integration

One pin maps to one task in your PM tool. Replies on a pin become comments on the task. Status syncs back: when the task moves to Done, the pin recolors.

Multi-user teams from day one

Company-scoped tenancy, invitations, seats, and per-project mawobe bindings. Different projects can point at different clients, milestones, or workspaces.

The quiet moat

A first pass at triage, written before you open the task.

Every pin runs through an asynchronous AI pass that reads the screenshot, console state, network errors, DOM selector, and replay — and writes back three things to the mawobe task: a dev-readable title, the likely cause area, and reproduction steps.

Triage stays optional. The raw pin is always there. The AI just saves your team the first ten minutes of every bug report.

Pricing

Flat tiers. No free plan. Try it for two weeks.

Pixel Review is positioned premium against BugHerd, Marker.io, and Feedbucket — because triaged feedback that lands in your PM tool is worth more than a static screenshot.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How is this different from BugHerd or Marker.io?
Two things. First, Pixel Review is built around multi-PM agencies — it ships native today with mawobe and is architected so Linear, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, and Trello land through the same shape. Second, every pin is AI-triaged into a dev-readable task before your team opens it.
Which PM tools do you integrate with?
mawobe is the launch integration, with full bidirectional sync (pin ↔ task, reply ↔ comment, status sync back). Linear, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, and Trello are on the public roadmap; they’ll ship through the same OAuth + webhook shape.
What does the snippet capture per pin?
x/y coordinates, CSS selector, viewport, both client-side (html2canvas) and server-side (Playwright) screenshots, URL, user agent, OS, browser, console logs, network errors, and a full rrweb session replay leading up to the click.
Is session replay safe and GDPR-friendly?
Inputs are masked by default. Masking is configurable per project so you can dial sensitivity up or down depending on the client. Replay retention is tier-dependent and configurable on Agency and Scale plans.
Do you offer a free tier?
No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. We’d rather invest in a tool that justifies its price than dilute it for a free tier.
Where is everything hosted?
Marketing and app surfaces on Vercel, API on Vercel serverless, headless-Chrome renderer on Fly.io, blob storage on Wasabi (S3-compatible), Postgres on Supabase. EU residency on request for Scale customers.
